Overview

a) Click the templates icon.

b) Click Categories in the email window, which opens automatically.

c) You will now see the category hierarchy tree, which initially only contains a single entry: DEFAULT.

d) Click Add category to create a new category.
 

Add category

a) Leave this field unchanged if you wish to create a new main category.

b) Enter a name for the new category.

c) Enter a description for the new category.

d) Save the new category.
 

Add subcategory

Select an existing category from this list as main category for the subcategory you are creating below it in the hierarchy tree.

 

Specify subcategory

a) The selected main category.

b) Enter a name for the new subcategory.

c) Enter a description for the new subcategory.

d) Save the new subcategory.
 

Result

You will see that the hierarchy tree has been updated accordingly.

 
 

Edit category

a) Click the name of the category you wish to edit or delete.

b) Use this symbol to change the name or description of the category.

c) Use the recycle bin icon to delete the category.
