Affiliate makes affiliate links available to your partners. Commission entitlements are automatically assigned to the partner when a customer places an order via the link, and the commission is paid out once the invoice has been settled. All the documents generated in the process are archived, and can be called up at any time.

The internal and password-protected partner area can be embedded on your website. This is where your affiliate will find his affiliate links (product-dependent), advertising material, statistics, commission statements and commission settlements, which enhances transparency, builds trust, and minimizes queries.

Affiliate builds on Factura and enables automatic commission settlement in addition to automatic billing and dunning. All you need to do is click automatic billing, and the system will calculate all the payable commissions. Affiliates are then automatically notified by email about commission settlement.

The more websites link to your website, and the more people recommend your products, the more new customers you will attract. A partner program increases your sales and profits! You pay your affiliates a commission for successfully referring customers to your products or services. You can determine the level of commission yourself. Commission is only paid once the customer has made a purchase. In conventional advertising, you pay upfront and hope to attract new customers.
If many websites are linked to your website, this also improves your ranking in search engines. Google regards websites that are linked to many other websites as being important. The more important a website is in the eyes of Google, the higher up it will appear in the search results. You can also determine a multilevel commission structure for a multilevel sales network. Example: You have a sales manager who is managing the sales staff. The sales manager receives a commission that is based on sales concluded by his sales staff. In this case, there are two commission levels. Some companies have up to seven commission levels. With our affiliate system, you can set up any number of commission levels.
Commissions/royalties/profit participations can be set as percentages or fixed amounts. You can determine a minimum threshold amount as of which commission is paid out. If, for example, you would only like to settle commissions once a minimum amount of 50 euros has accumulated, the system will maintain the commission entitlements as outstanding commissions until the minimum threshold amount has been reached, and will then settle all outstanding commissions in the next commission run.
