WBS system messages, e.g. on the sending of newsletters, are sent to the system owner. It is also possible to specify additional system message recipients. This could be relevant, for example, if you would like to notify certain recipients about submissions made via forms. Furthermore, such a message can also be sent as an internal memo to a relevant staff member.

Email notification

a) Select the Settings icon (cogwheel symbol). This will open the General Settings page.

b) Click on Email notification.

c) Here you can specify recipients for internal memos

d) This is the list of external recipients

 

Internal recipients

a) Enter at least three subsequent letters appearing in the name of a staff member.

b) Once you enter the third letter, a list of possible recipients opens up. Select one of the entries.

c) Save your selection.

 

External recipients

a) Here is the list of external recipients (will not contain data when opened the first time).

b) Click External email notification to add a recipient.

c) You can edit an existing entry instead by clicking EDIT.

d) Use the recycle bin icon to remove a recipient from the list.

 

Adding an (external) email address

a) Enter the email address here.

b) Save your changes.
