Specifying user-defined additional fields for articles

Example 1:
You are a car dealer and want the vehicle mileage to appear on the invoice.
Example 2:
You are a webmaster and want the domain name to appear on the invoice.

a) Click on Settings (cogwheel icon) in the upper navigation bar.

b) Click the Factura button, then User-defined additional fields.
 

Creating an additional field

You will either see the existing additional fields or an empty list. Click Add additional field.

 
 

Editing an additional field

Use EDIT to edit the respective additional field. The fields are the same as for creating a new additional field - see next item...

 

Additional field details​

a) Assign a name to the additional field. Example: mileage.

b) What should appear by default? Example: 0.

c) Display position in the article management. The number refers to the column in which this field is to be displayed in the article management.

d) Click Save (when creating) or Update (when editing).

e) Close input window - you will now see the list of additional fields again.
