Article overview

a) Start Factura, select Article, then Article again.

b) Click +New article to create a new article - or ...

c) click EDIT to edit an existing article, e.g. to continue with article setup after an interruption.


Data entry

a) to y): Enter the data into the respective data fields.

Fields c), h), x) and y) are selection fields. Clicking a selection field opens a dropdown menu, from which you can select an entry.

Fields e), g) and w) are so-called checkboxes. Activate the respective checkbox, if required. 


 
Finalizing your entry

a) Open the category tree and select one or more categories that apply for the article.

b) Specify the rules for this article (see Automated processes).

c) Save your entries. This completes the creation of your article.
