Overview

(Factura - document templates)

Description

a) Click Templates in the Factura module. You will see an overview of all the Factura document templates. It is also possible to create new templates.

b) Click +Add from template archive or, if you do not wish to use a template:

c) Click +Add for an empty template.

d) Use the EDIT button to edit an existing template.

e) Use the recycle bin icon to delete a template.

f) Use the eye icon to preview the current template.

Description

a) After opening the template archive, you can either view a template and ...

b) use the template using this button - or:

c) Use this button to select an empty template.

Edit template

(Factura - document templates)

This editing window opens when you choose to either create a new template or edit an existing template.

a) This is where you enter a name for a new template.

b) Specify for which document type you want to use the template. 

c) In the case of invoice templates, specify whether the template is to be used as default for automated invoices.

d) Specify which data is to be displayed in the document.

e) Specify the order (sequence) of the columns.


 
f) Use the text editor to edit the template content. In our example, the only content is the macro for the article list. Take a look at one of the system templates to see how such a template is structured.

g) Save the template.

h) Save and preview the template in a single work step.
