Variable menu tabs

Customize the WBS to your corporate requirements:

a) Wherever these tabs appear in the WBS, you can rearrange them in any order. Simply drag the tabs left or right to the desired position.

b) Sub-tabs, too, can be rearranged freely in the manner described under a).

The WBS remembers these settings and positions the tabs in the same way the next time you start the WBS. This process takes a few milliseconds.

Editing window

The various elements of the WBS (contacts, templates, newsletters etc.) are maintained in editing windows. These editing windows share several properties:

a) Each editing window displays a close button (cross) in the top right corner. Clicking the cross closes the window. In case of content changes, a confirmation prompt appears. Closing would prevent changes from being saved.

b) The resize icon is used for changing the size of the input field for a better overview. To do this, drag the icon to the bottom right.

c) Fields with a small triangle on the right are called combo boxes. Clicking the triangle or input field opens a drop-down menu. It is only possible to enter something from the drop-down menu into the input field.

Wizard

Some WBS procedures require a certain sequence of events (processing stages). In these cases, the WBS will guide you through the steps in the proper order. It is not possible to change this sequence. The blue title bar will indicate all the steps of the procedure, allowing you to view the progress.

a) active step: Depicted in white is the step which is currently active.

b) back: You can repeat one or several steps if you want to change a previous entry. To do this, click on previous step.

c) next: Once you have completed a step, click on next step to continue. This is only possible if the WBS registers the step as having been completed. Otherwise a message will be displayed.
