The CRM enables the structured and automated collection of all contact and customer data. The EMS, Factura and Affiliate modules all build on the CRM. Before working with the WBS and the CRM primary module, you need to make certain settings, which are important for all areas of the WBS. This will also familiarize you with the software. Here you can configure:

Group management is closely linked to selection.
Group management is used to define the groups to which your contacts are assigned. Groups can be used for communicating with a defined subset of contacts in a targeted manner, e.g. through newsletter marketing or with the lead manager of the Customer Relationship Management.

Automated processes save management time. Information about products or services can be emailed automatically after a purchase or information request. Leads can be added to a project, etc.:

Website contacts are added to the CRM directly via forms. Inquiries and orders are automatically stored in your database. Fully automated processes such as email confirmations, proper encoding in the database or automatic invoicing save a great deal of time and effort. The WebConector can be used to easily create custom forms for inquiries, newsletter registrations and orders. These forms are integrated into your website via links.
Customer retention and communication are becoming more and more important, as the acquisition of new customers can be up to five times more expensive than customer retention. The CRM optimizes the dialog with the customer.
Automatic inquiry response is a necessary function for communicating with visitors to your website. Included is an autoresponder which responds flexibly to special requests and can thus do more than an ordinary autoreply with a standard response to content it cannot fathom.
The lead manager is used to organize your customer acquisition.You can assign your employees specific contacts for processing. The color-coded status messages provide a quick overview of all activities.

All CRM data fields are available for import - including additional fields that can be defined individually. You yourself can specify the desired data fields. When exporting, you can also specify which addresses you want to export with which data fields.
