Settings


Settings are the first step for customizing the WBS to your individual requirements. Settings are used to configure your entire WBS. You can specify the language and document content, enter your company details, upload your company logo and much more.

Here you can also configure:

  • the user admin,
  • the calendar,
  • the CRM, EMS, Factura and CheckOut modules.

First set your company details as well as your preferred language, and upload your company logo, if necessary. Then think about what additional information you want to store in the contacts database for each contact. Either now or later you can customize the structure of your documents (letters, invoices etc.). The data usage will provide you with internal usage information about your WBS.
