Reference buttons (only with Factura)

Reference buttons refer to articles and provide at-a-glance information about the financial status of important articles.

a) Click the "Settings" button in the upper navigation.

b) Click the "CRM" button.

c) Click the "References" button to reach the References menu and create own references.


 
a) It is possible to edit or delete existing reference buttons.

b) Click "Add reference button" to create a new reference. A new window will open.


 

Creating a reference button

a) You can select between three types of buttons.

b) Enter your text into the first line of the selected button.

c) Enter your text into the second line of the selected button.

d) Select button background color.

e) Select the article you want to link to this button. Shown example: Create a reference for your Service Level Agreement (SLA) Gold. Then select the respective article (e.g. SLA Gold).

f) Do you want the payment status for the article selected above be set to paid, open or reminded? In the shown example, it would make sense to indicate that the invoice for the support must be paid before the button is displayed.

g) Button preview

h) "Save" your new reference button. It will now appear in the customer overview of all SLA Gold customers.
