Multifunction menu

a) In the list, select at least one contact by activating the checkbox.

b) This opens the multifunction menu above the table. This menu allows you to carry out functions for several contacts simultaneously.

c) The blue contact selection button will be replaced by a green button with the label Cancel selection.

Functions with the suffix (EMS) are only available if you are using the EMS app. 

 

Functions of the multifunction menu

a) Send email with template (EMS)

b) Create letter (PDF) from template (EMS)

c) Allocate to groups

d) Cancel group allocation

e) Register customer for newsletter (EMS)

f) Add to project in lead manager

g) Change data simultaneously for all selected contacts 

h) Delete addresses (only possible if no Factura documents exist for the customer)

 

Column selection

Clicking the "Column selection" button in the bottom left corner of the table opens the column selection for the table.

Here, you can specify what information you want displayed in your table.
